Welcome to Sukelam Retreat! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our hotel services. By booking a stay at Sukelam Retreat, located in Simsa Village, Manali, you accept these terms.

Booking and Payment
Reservations : Bookings can be made online, via phone, or in person.
Payment : Full payment is required upon booking. We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Cancellation Policy : Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will forfeit the full booking amount.
No-Show Policy : No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: 2:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities
Identification: Valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Hotel Policies
Pet Policy:Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.
Noise Policy: Please respect other guests by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
Visitor Policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms. Visitors must register at the front desk.

Liability Sukelam Retreat is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.

Amendments Sukelam Retreat reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will become effective immediately.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Himachal Pradesh, India.
